Irritable stomach

JH has been having queasy stomach. For a while, she could hear the stomach making lots of noise. After taking Life 5 probiotics for a week, she felt a lot better. Also she seems to have very soft stool and now seems more regular.

Simple fix to overcome stomach bloatedness and feeling of indigestion

I have been taking Essentialzyme for stomach discomfort and indigestion when it happens especially after heavy meals. Getting reading for heavy eating during festive period

Stomach bloatedness
